Shipping policy

We offer Australia-wide shipping as well as local delivery to selected postcodes in the Newcastle/Hunter Region NSW. 

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING:
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $15, with free shipping on orders over $150.
Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $23.80.

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are based on Australia Post standard delivery estimates and are outside of our control. If your order is required by a specific date, we recommend ordering early to allow sufficient delivery time. 

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Hand delivery is available to Newcastle and the Lower Hunter Region of NSW for a flat rate of $7.50. When you enter your postcode at checkout, if you are within the delivery catchment, the local delivery option will automatically appear. If not, you'll see our postage options. 

We offer next business day local delivery, or you can request a specific delivery date at checkout in the delivery instructions box. Please note we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. 

Local deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm.

All local deliveries are Authority to Leave, so please ensure the delivery address is safe and accessible. For apartment buildings or secure properties, please provide delivery instructions where necessary. If access cannot be gained, re-delivery fees may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
