We make gifting beautifully simple. Choose one of our curated gift boxes, add a personal message, and we’ll wrap it, pack it, and deliver it straight to their door. Every box is filled with thoughtful, quality items — no fillers, no fuss, just beautiful gifts made to make someone’s day.

Definitely. For 10 or more hampers, contact us for assistance with bulk pricing, customisation options and multiple delivery address options.
We use recyclable materials wherever possible and our hamper boxes are intended to be reused, not thrown away. It’s perfect to be re-purposed to holdkeepsakes, photos, stationery, baby items or general home storage.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver Australia-wide using trusted postage partners. Each parcel is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout. During busy seasons like Christmas, we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Not just yet — we’re focusing on Australia for now, but we’re working on expanding to New Zealand soon.
While we package everything with care, we understand things can happen in transit. Please email us at hello@sentimento.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Yes! If you’re planning ahead for a birthday, Christmas, or special occasion, simply leave your preferred delivery date in the order notes. We’ll do our best to make it happen. All parcels delivered via Australia post are subject to their standard delivery times. Please note once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit delays that may arise.
Enter your postcode at checkout, if you are within 50km, the local delivery option will automatically appear. If not, you’ll see our postage options instead.

Orders
If your order hasn't been packed or dispatched, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance at hello@sentimento.com.au.
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but we want every gifting experience to be a great one. If there’s an issue with your order or you’re not completely happy, please get in touch with us via Contact page and we’ll do our best to help resolve it promptly.
Our hampers are carefully pre-curated to ensure they look beautiful, feel cohesive, and arrive exactly as intended. Each item is selected to complement the others in both style, quality & post-ability! By keeping our hampers curated—with one variation option per box—we can maintain consistent presentation, faster dispatch times, and a smoother gifting experience. This way you still get a personalised gift without any of the overwhelm or decision fatigue!
Our products aren’t available to purchase individually, each item is part of a thoughtfully curated gift hamper. However, every hamper includes an add-on option, allowing you to include an extra item that pairs perfectly with that specific box. It’s a simple way to personalise your gift without needing to build a hamper from scratch.
